Since most all of our furniture repair and restoration solutions begin with an examination of your furniture, we encourage all
clients to begin by sending a detailed e-mail explaining the issue or problem including several digital pictures. Please provide
contact information so we may discuss your furniture if needed.
Email Instructions. When taking photos for your e-mail inquiry, here are a few guidelines to help us:
• Take a photo of the overall item so we can see what we are working with
• Take photos from various angles.
• Take a close-up photo of any repair areas.
Notes: Digital cameras can capture images in very large file sizes (at 10 or 15 megabytes or more). These large files are often refused by our e-mail service. If you have trouble sending your images as email attachments, please reduce their size, compress, or Zip the files.
